    Charming decor with friendly staff

    The staff greeted us warmly and offered to help carry our bags. The room was beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed sitting in the cozy lobby.

    Finding the parking was tricky. The directions led us through busy streets, and we had to ask for help to open the gate.

    Excellent and good breakfasts, the stay was very nice!

    Stayed in this property for 3 nights and enjoyed our choice. Everything was excellent, attentive staff, beautiful views to the cathedral. The room was well furnished and reasonably large, had essentials, like a shower, hair dryers and guest toiletries. Unbeatable location of the hotel to everything in the Centro Historico. It was also next to the walking path, the historic center and Plaza de Armas. The food for brunch was good in the gourmet restaurant...

    I had such a good stay! The room was a beautiful blend of history with its high ceilings and lovely architecture. Waking up to a complimentary breakfast while overlooking the vibrant surroundings made my heart sing!
