Charming decor with friendly staff

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and offered to help carry our bags. The room was beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed sitting in the cozy lobby.

However, finding the parking was tricky. The directions led us through busy streets, and we had to ask for help to open the gate.

I truly enjoyed the charming decor and the lovely gardens, which are easily accessible for seniors. The vibrant ambiance made my stay feel special, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel.

Better breakfast options would enhance the experience.

the hot water was inconsistent. but the location was fantastic, right near the main square. staff were welcoming and eager to help. enjoyed having a little balcony, great view while sipping coffee.

The atmosphere here is delightful, and being just a few steps from the iconic Durango Cathedral made exploring the historic town both easy and enjoyable for weekend strolls. plus, I loved that it was right near lovely parks where I could unwind and take in the views.
